If you change to another domestic provider in the UK, you can keep your phone number. You cannot keep your CALLGSM-SIM number if you change to another service provider outside the UK. |

Mobiles by Sony Erricson reboot accidentally. Sony Erricson is working on this problem. This problem is not due to your CALLGSM-SIM. The models concerned are 800, 900 and 910. The majority of current mobiles on the market: Nokia, Samsung, Siemens, Motorola etc. work perfectly with our CALLGSM-SIM. |
I forget my PIN and PUK (Master PIN)?

No problem, surf to our homepage (www.CALLGSM.com) and click on the "Forgot your Password" function at the bottom-left hand corner of the page. You will be asked to enter your CALLGSM-SIM number and e-mail address. Your PIN and PUK codes will be automatically sent to you via e-mail. |
How can I activate my Voice Mailbox?

To activate your Voice Mailbox, please dial 122 from your mobile. You will immediately receive a text message confirming the activation of your mailbox. If you want to deactivate this function, please dial 123.
To listen to voice messages in your Mailbox. You can either dial 121 on your mobile or check via the homepage (www.CALLGSM.com). Checking your voicemail through the webpage is free of charge, just go to the 'billing' section after entering your phone number and password. Listening to your voice messages from the mobile is charged at Euro 26 cents /minute. |
Can I receive calls even though there is no credit left on my CALLGSM-SIM account?

If you have insufficient credit on your CALLGSM-SIM Pre-paid account, you will not be able to receive calls and incoming calls will not be diverted to your Voice Mailbox. |
